Design Group JEDI provided technical advisory, code analysis, and permit strategy for the expansion of an existing commercial / flex-industrial digital film production facility.
The engagement required extensive coordination with the Authority Having Jurisdiction and Fire Marshal to establish the appropriate permitting path, resolve life-safety and code issues, and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP requirements for the proposed work.
The project reflects JEDI’s continued growth in existing-building analysis, regulatory strategy, and multidisciplinary technical coordination for increasingly complex commercial assignments.
