Donaldson Torit Dust Collection System – Hazard Class I Compliance
As part of the cabinet production floor expansion, we implemented a Donaldson Torit dust collection
system designed to meet OSHA and NFPA standards. This system addresses combustible dust
hazards while improving air quality and worker safety.
The system integrates high-efficiency cartridge filtration and direct ducting from cutting, sanding, and
finishing equipment. It is exterior-mounted to preserve interior floor space and reduce noise.
By adopting this solution, the facility achieved Class I hazard compliance, improved productivity, and
ensured long-term operational resilience.
